Join us for as many workshops as you like! No need to pre-register, just show up ready to dance.
Daytime workshops are free and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure your spot. A few of our smallest studios may offer a limited number of guaranteed entry spots for a $2 donation. Even for these classes, the majority of the spots are available for free walk-ins. Yoga Flow | Stretch and strengthen all the muscles in your body as you relax and de-stress in various postures and asanas, or poses. This can be your first, fifth or fiftieth yoga class; it will be structured for all levels. Bare feet are best. Bring a mat if you have one. |

Beginner Jazz | Come strut your stuff as you learn the basics of jazz technique. The class will include turning, jumping, leaping and stretching. Shoes that allow for smooth turning are best, but socks work, too. Class will be taught at an adult level but children 10 and older may attend if accompanied by an adult. Absolutely no dance experience required. |

Modern Dance | Let loose in this expressive class as you break the rules of ballet. Modern fuses many dance forms together and harmonizes the whole body in an engaging, freeing way. Social dance, performances and prizes (first floor) | Practice what you've learned and watch a performance showcase featuring instructors and students from participating dance studios. |
Note: For all of the above social dancing workshops, no need to bring a partner because you’ll rotate around to practice with everyone.
