The 10th Annual Thank-You Note

We were blown away by the magic of our 10-year anniversary! According to our tallies, about 450 people came out to Philadelphia Dance Day 2019. (And that’s not even counting the 30+ instructors who volunteered to teach workshops throughout the day, or the 101 performers who graced the stage at the lunchtime and evening showcases!) That’s a whole lotta dancing feet. Total workshop participation: 744!

We’ll post pictures from the workshops and performances soon. Meanwhile, you can see some video clips from the evening showcase. Special thanks to Adam Suh of Redlite Photography for capturing so many amazing moments.

This massive dancestravaganza would not be possible without an equally massive team of sponsors, partners and volunteers, so we’d like to thank them again:

Get Ready for Dance Day 2017!

Are you pumped for the biggest dance party ever?

Even though we’re still about two months away from our eighth annual Philadelphia Dance Day, we’re already hard at work lining up a schedule packed with free workshops and a huge evening dance party. As always, we’re impressed to see this event continue to grow. We’ve got more than 25 free workshops on deck, plus a full line-up at our evening party at the Ethical Society on Rittenhouse Square.

In the meantime, check out the schedule and our FAQ pages for everything you need to know. Please help us spread the word about this amazing, volunteer-run festival by sharing this Facebook event, and stay tuned for more announcements as we get closer to July 29!
